Southern Tip of New Zealand
2012Consult...is
a newsletter designed to offer you
ONE SOURCE for receiving the varied
information relating to our current world
affairs and "changes."
The only constant in the upcoming years will
be "Change" and how you deal with it.
To take the appropriate steps regarding this
change, you need information. You cannot
trust your fate by relying on the
"historical past" because the scenario we
are now facing has never happened before.
Never before
in the history of the world has one date,
one moment in time, been so significant to
so many cultures, so many religions, so many
scientists, so many governments and to so
many people all around the world.
We are a "One
Stop Shopping" website that will
give you the latest, up-to-date
practical & metaphysical information
regarding the current as well as
upcoming changes affecting the planet
from politics to the price of gold, from
earth changes to ET's. We will offer you
a spectrum of information - and
depending upon your level of
indoctrination, some of it you may agree
with it & some of it you may
not... it's up to you. And of course we
will incorporate humor... lots of humor
- life is to short!
2012Consult's
primary goal is designed to inform you so
that you may make the right decisions for
yourself and your family during a time of
"Shifting" changes.

The cure for a recession is
the recession itself.
Recessions are needed to
reset asset allocations and
valuations, by allowing
poorly managed enterprises
to fail, so as to set the
stage for the next growth
phase. Recessions are an
inherent part of the
Government interference in
the Socialist/Capitalist
process. You can't avoid
them unless we go to Laissez
Faire Capitalism.
The chaos you're seeing right
now in
Europe is a gift; a rare
sneak preview of what's about to
happen right here in the United
States - including...
-
Fiat paper money losing its
value
at a near-record pace - and
likely to plunge
dramatically lower, gutting
the purchasing power of your
dollars ...
-
Gold surging to $2,000 per
ounce
and beyond ...
-
Long-term interest rates
going through the roof ...
-
Key
stock market sectors
swinging wildly,
3% ... 4% ... 5% and more
per day ...

The Gulf of Mexico Oil "Volcano"
The
bent riser pipe is eroding away by the force of the oil,
gases, and other materials from the earth. When this section
breaks, the flow of oil will likely increase substantially.
It is most likely that attempts to reduce or stop this
disaster will fail and some will result in an increase in
the flow of oil, gases, and various other crustal material.
It is likely that in the coming months, extreme measures
will be undertaken that will result in even greater
catastrophe.
Surface
spraying is driving oil down 20-30 ft under the surface.
Fumes from oil and dispersants are making many people very
ill. Many of these volatile compounds are known carcinogens
as well as being simply dangerous to inhale. New oil flows
noticed deep underwater appear transparent suggesting
something closer to a solution of oil, water, and chemicals.
This is in addition to the initial underwater flow that is
headed into the Gulf Stream current. In addition to the
poisonous nature of the dispersants and the raw petroleum,
there is also the synthetic drilling fluid "mud" that is
both poisonous and carcinogenic.
The
Gulf has been an important source of various shellfish and
fish for human meat consumption and related economic
activities, and it is an important breeding grounds and food
source for many Atlantic fish that are also pursued for
human meat consumption.
In less
than one year a major source of ocean-based meat for human
consumption will be gone. The oceanic eco-system will
collapse and there will be vast dead zones that harbor
various type of microorganisms, some of which are toxic.
Globally, the major oceanic and large inland lake fisheries
used for human meat consumption are becoming depleted or are
depleted. More and more fish farming and fish and shellfish
farming is being created -and result in toxic soups that
yield toxic foods and destroy the health and genes of wild
ocean animals.
Inland
ground and surface water contamination is likely from storms
and earthquakes. The hurricane season is officially expected
to be 85% above normal in terms of overall magnitude and
number of major storms. Even moderate tropical storms which
are more common will aerosolize toxic Gulf waters and
deposit them far inland. Toxic biological byproducts from
the inevitable dead zones will result in additional health
hazards. The result will be air, water, and soil
contamination that will contribute to a growing disaster
that will influence enormous population movements and make
many agricultural activities impossible. There are
stockpiled along the coast and on supply ships unusually
large quantities of toxic chemicals hauled in for the oil
disaster. If these were damaged in a storm, the potential
expands for an even greater immediate crisis.
The
likelihood of earthquakes connected with this whole
situation is very high. In addition, there is tsunami
potential from a seafloor deformation in the Gulf. Beyond
this, there is the possibility of the New Madrid fault zone
being triggered. For explanation and graphics see:
http://newearthsummit.org/forum/index.php?topic=1080.msg4604#msg4604.
If I
lived within 100 to 200 miles of the Gulf or SE Atlantic
coastal region, I would now be looking to relocate before
the situation becomes forced. Seriously.
This
event is part of a global war. It is not "simply" the result
of human incompetence, arrogance and greed, that only makes
for easier complicity. It is an engineered event, part of
WW3 that is presently being kept "below the public radar",
even while there are public slips of speech that indicate
the utter callousness and contempt for life by those most
involved.
Philippe Cousteau, grandson of
famous explorer Jacques Cousteau, went underwater off
the Gulf Coast to see first-hand what the Deepwater Oil
Disaster looks and feels like. And the answer he came
back with: "This is a nightmare." Click
Here for Video
Some
more basic facts about the Gulf of Mexico catastrophe
not being shared with the
public:
1. The leak that BP is
very publicly trying to close is NOT the main leak.
2. The amount of crude spilling into the Gulf daily is
not 5,000 barrels a day as reported - it appears to be
over 100,000 barrels today
3. The technology to deal with this exists and BP - and
the US government - are willfully
not using it.

Buy
Canadian!---------{American!}
 When
the Canadian dollar was low in value, foreign companies
bought up most of the businesses in Canada at garage sale
prices. Foreign owners have closed down the canning
factories in Exeter (north of London, ON) and in the Niagara
area. As a result the local farmers have no place to sell
their produce or have it preserved.
In the soft fruit producing area of Niagara, farmers have
ripped out their peach trees because other than road side
stands, who will buy their fruit? The big companies have
already decided and publicly announced that it is cheaper to
buy canned peaches from Greece, so that is what you will see
in stores. The farm land is being sold to developers and
turned into big house and condo developments.
The canning factory in Exeter was eventually taken over by a
co-op of former employees and they will try to make a go of
it but it sounds kind of shaky. The politicians stood by and
did nothing.
Garlic is no longer produced in Canada because it comes from
China at a price cheaper than the cost of production in
Canada. That's all you see in stores and there is no
Canadian produced garlic to choose from even at a higher
price. Maybe the high taxes in Canada have something to do
with it. A small but determined radical group trying to
unionize farm labor didn't help matters either.
Sure all these trade agreements bring us low cost material
goods, but if everyone is out of a job who is going to buy
these products?
Good luck trying to find 100% Canadian products in stores.
The only way to find such a thing is to deal directly with
the farmer and leave out the retailer.
"FOOD" for
thought. More information on this subject.....
I WAS BUYING FOOD THE OTHER DAY AT THE COUNTRY MARKET. ON
THE LABEL OF SOME PRODUCTS IT SAID 'FROM CHINA '. FOR
EXAMPLE THE "OUR FAMILY" BRAND OF THE MANDARIN ORANGES SAYS
RIGHT ON THE CAN FROM CHINA . I WAS SHOCKED!! SO FOR A FEW
MORE CENTS I BOUGHT THE LIBERTY GOLD BRAND OR DOLE IS FROM
CALIFORNIA.
Another example was in canned mushrooms. No-Name brand came
From Indonesia. Next to them the Presidents Choice brand.
Produce of Canada!! The P. C. Went into my grocery bag.
TODAY IT TAKES FOREVER JUST TO
BUY FOOD AND DO LABEL READING!! THAT SAID,
IT'S A MUST DO!
Are we Canadians and Americans as dumb as we appear --- Or
--- is it that we just do not think?
While the Chinese, knowingly and intentionally, export
inferior and even toxic products and dangerous toys and
goods to be sold in North American markets, the media wrings
its hands and criticizes the Obama Administration and the
Harper Government for perceived errors.
Yet 70% of North Americans believe that the trading
privileges afforded to the Chinese should be suspended.
Well, duh... Why do you need the government to suspend
trading privileges?
SIMPLY DO IT
YOURSELF, CANADA/AMERICA!!
Simply look on the bottom of every product you buy, and if
it says 'Made in China ' or 'PRC' (and that now includes
Hong Kong) simply choose another product, or none at all.
You will be amazed at how dependent you are on Chinese
products, and you will be equally amazed at what you can do
without. Who needs plastic eggs to celebrate Easter? If you
must have eggs, use real ones and benefit some North
American farmer. Easter is just an example; the point is do
not wait for the government to act. Just go ahead and assume
control on your own.
THINK ABOUT THIS, If 200 million North Americans refuse to
buy just $20 each of Chinese goods, that's a billion dollar
trade imbalance resolved in our favor . . . Fast!!
The downside? Some Canadian/American businesses will feel a
temporary pinch from having foreign stockpiles of
inventory. Wahhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!
The solution? Let's give them fair warning and send our own
message. Most of the people who have been reading about
this matter are planning on implementing this on June 4, and
continue it until July 4. That is only one month of trading
losses, but it will hit the Chinese for 1/12th of the total,
or 8%, of their North American exports. Then they will at
least have to ask themselves if the benefits of their
arrogance and lawlessness were worth it...

UN
fears 'Irreversible' Damage to Natural
Environment
GENEVA (AFP) - The UN warned on Monday that
"massive" loss in life-sustaining
natural environments
was likely to deepen to the point of being
irreversible after global targets to cut the
decline by this year were missed.

As a result of the
degradation, the world is moving closer to
several "tipping points" beyond which some
ecosystems that play a part in natural processes
such as climate or the
food chain may be permanently damaged, a
United Nations report said.
The third "Global Biodiversity Outlook" found that
deforestation,
pollution or overexploitation were damaging the
productive capacity
of the most vulnerable environments, including the
Amazon rainforest, lakes and
coral reefs.
"This report is saying that we are reaching the
tipping point where the irreversible damage to the
planet is going to be done unless we act urgently,"
Ahmed Djoghlaf,
executive secretary of the UN
Convention on Biological
Diversity, told journalists.
Djoghlaf argued that extinction rates for some
animal or plant species were at a historic high, up
to 1,000 times those seen before, even affecting
crops and livestock.
The UN report was partly based on 110 national
reports on steps taken to meet a 2002 pledge to
"significantly reduce" or reverse the loss in
biodiversity.
Djoghlaf told journalists: "There is not a single
country in the world that has achieved these
targets, we continue to lose biodioversity at
unprecedented rate."
Potential tipping points analyzed for GBO-3 include:
The
dieback of large areas of the Amazon forest, due to
the interactions of climate change, deforestation
and fires, with consequences for the global climate,
regional rainfall and widespread species
extinctions.
The shift of many freshwater
lakes and other inland water bodies to eutrophic or
algae-dominated states, caused by the buildup of
nutrients and leading to widespread fish kills and
loss of recreational amenities.
Multiple collapses of coral reef ecosystems, due to
a combination of ocean acidification, warmer water
leading to bleaching, overfishing and nutrient
pollution; and threatening the livelihoods of
hundreds of millions of species directly dependent
on coral reef resources.
UN Environment Programme
(UNEP) director general
Achim Steiner underlined the economic
value and returns of "natural
capital" and its role in ensuring the
health of soil, oceans and the atmosphere.
"Humanity has fabricated
the illusion that somehow we can get by without
biodiversity or that it is somehow peripheral to
the contemporary world," Steiner said.
"The truth is we need it more than ever on a planet of
six billion heading to over nine billion people by
2050."
The report argued that biodiversity was a
core concern for society
that would help tackle poverty and improve health,
meriting as much attention as the economic crisis for
only a fraction of the cost of recent financial
bailouts.
It advocated a new strategy to tackle the loss alongside
more traditional steps such as the expansion of
protected natural areas and pollution control.
They included attempts to regulate land consumption,
fishing, increased trade and
population growth or shifts, partly through a
halt to "harmful" or "perverse" subsidies.
The issues raised by the report are due to be discussed
at a UN biodiversity meeting in
Japan in October.

Letters to the Editor!
Gooday Steve,
I wanted to say thanks for your great
newsletter! The world needs folks like you right now - and
how! My name is Doris and I live at Badger Creek, one hour
from Melbourne here in Australia. My family and I are
setting up on six acres - vegetable gardens, orchards,
animals, water tanks and stuff like that. We are hoping to
become largely self-sufficient and in the meantime its just
an incredibly beautiful place to live! Last year I wrote a
booklet called 'Edible Weeds and Garden Plants of Melbourne'
because I think folks need to be aware of the food which is
growing freely around them as part of the move to greater
self-sufficiency. If anyone wants to buy a copy I can be
contacted via
www.hellolittleweed.com Most of the weeds are
international. Also, if anyone wants information regarding
edible weeds on the net, there is a great site (extremely
thorough and detailed) called
houstonwildedibles.blogspot.com I don't know how relevant
this topic is to your newsletter but I think it might be a
worthwhile topic to flag maybe and to provide folks with
some good links?
There are great things happening in our
local community - permaculture, biodynamic farming, sharing
and swopping of produce - as I am sure there are in
yours. There are positive places and people like
yourself in a world that needs positive change.
Keep up the good work and drop by if you are
in Melbourne!
Best regards
Doris

Hi
Steve,
I 'm pleased to find your website. I started years ago
reading books of Patrick Geryl about the upcoming
changes. In preparation, I've started building a 2012
rescue pod. It is a 9 mtr. long steel submarine like
vessel which can sustain us for days under deep water.
I am Dutch and live in Portugal with my wife and 3 young
kits. I am enjoying your free 2012Consult newsletter.
Glad I found you and let it be known that you are being
heard all over the world.
Bye from Martin, Astrid and kits

Steve,
Glad to see someone has taken the bull by the horns and
is starting to send out 2012 information that concerns
the entire world... not just the states. Keep up the
good work.
Around twenty years ago I was living in Seattle and I
was doing hard times. I could not find satisfying work.
I found this especially difficult as I have had quite
some experience and an M.A. To my shame I was driving a
school bus to make ends meet and living with friends. I
had lost my flat. I had been through five interviews
with this company and one day between bus runs they
called to say I did not get the job. I went to the bus
barn like a zombie loaded with disappointment. While
doing my rounds through a quiet suburban neighborhood I
had an inner wave, somewhat like the primal scream arise
deep from inside me and internally I screamed, "Give me
a sign! I want a physical sign not some inner voice type
thing. "Why has my life become so hard?" All the while
I was in total control and driving capably. Immediately
after this internal scream I pulled the bus over to drop
off a little girl and as she passed she handed me an
earring saying I should keep it in case somebody claimed
it. The earring was stamped metal, painted black and
said BE HAPPY. At first I got angry, ya ya I
thought. Then it hit me. I had been putting all my
considerable energy into what was wrong with my life
rather than what was right! I heard a voice in my head
saying, "think of 50 things a day you are grateful for"
So I began. At first it was hard, and then it got
easier. One day I decided to up it to 75. That night
there was a phone call for me at my friend's house from
a lady who was a manager at a large hospital. About a
year earlier I had submitted a syllabus to a community
college to teach a course on stress management :-) :-)
:-) yup, you heard me.
She
asked me if I would do a day for 200 hospital workers.
I said yes and got the job.
Incidentally, the day after I found the earring the girl
asked me if anyone had claimed the earring. I told her
no and she said "I guess it was meant for you then".
That day with the hospital workers I got a standing
ovation and many more days of work. To this day I KNOW
that it was because I changed my attitude to gratitude.
For
a year I did training all around the area then I
realized that I wanted to risk it all and go back to
Scotland where I had lived previously. I closed my one
man business, bought a ticket and got a six month visa
from immigration. One month later I met my wonderful
English wife and best friend of 15 years now. We live
in a small beautiful cottage, two miles from a paved
road in the highlands of Scotland.
THE ONLY ATTITUDE IS GRATITUDE has been
my motto now for years and yes it completely changed my
life. Hope you enjoyed my thought for today... Keep the
newsletters coming.
