2012Consult...is a newsletter designed to offer you ONE SOURCE for receiving the varied
information relating to our current world affairs
and "changes."
The only constant in
the upcoming years will be "Change" and how you deal with it. And to make the appropriate steps
regarding this change, you need information. Good reliable
information. You cannot trust relying on the "historical past"
because this scenario has never happened
before.
Never before in the
history of the world has one date, one moment in time, been so
significant to so many cultures, so many religions, so many
scientists, so many governments and to so many people all
around the world. 2012!
We are
a "One Stop Shopping" website that will give you the latest,
up-to-date information regarding the current as well as
upcoming changes affecting the planet from politics to the
price of gold, from earth changes to ET's. We will
offer you a spectrum of information - but depending
upon your level of indoctrination, some of it
you may agree with & some you won't... that is
your choice.
2012Consult's primary goal is designed to inform
you so that you may make the right decisions for
yourselves and your family during a period that could
soon be termed "Cataclysmic" in nature.
But this publication will not strictly
be about "Doom & Gloom". We will interject some humor here
and there... for as the late Steve Allan said, "Humor is the
intellects way of having fun" so if were going to go
there anyway, we mind as well have some fun on the
way!

2012 is not the end
of the world, Mayan elder insists
The year 2012 will not
bring the end of the world, a Mayan elder has insisted,
despite claims that a Mayan calendar shows that time will "run
out" on December 21 of that year.
Published: 11 Oct 2009
 Apolinario Chile
Pixtun is tired of being bombarded with frantic questions
about the end of the world. "I came back from England last
year and, man, they had me fed up with this stuff," he said.
A significant time period for the Mayans does end on the
date, and enthusiasts have found a series of astronomical
alignments they say coincide in 2012, including one that
happens roughly only once every 25,800 years.
But most archaeologists, astronomers
and Mayans say the only thing likely to hit Earth is a meteor
shower of New Age philosophy, pop astronomy, internet doomsday
rumours and TV specials such as one on the History Channel
which mixes "predictions" from Nostradamus and the Mayans and
asks: "Is 2012 the year the cosmic clock finally winds down to
zero days, zero hope?"
Still, things
are only likely to get worse for Mr Pixtun. Next month
Hollywood's "2012" opens in cinemas, featuring earthquakes,
meteor showers and a tsunami dumping an aircraft carrier on
the White House.
At Cornell University,
Ann Martin, who runs the "Curious? Ask an Astronomer" website,
says people are scared. "It's too bad that we're getting
e-mails from fourth-graders who are saying that they're too
young to die," Ms Martin said. "We had a mother of two young
children who was afraid she wouldn't live to see them grow
up."
Mr Pixtun, a Guatemalan,
says the doomsday theories spring from Western, not Mayan
ideas. But hysteria surrounding 2012 does have some grains of
archaeological basis. One of them is Monument Six.
 Found at
an obscure ruin in southern Mexico during highway construction
in the 1960s, the stone tablet almost did not survive; the
site was largely paved over and parts of the tablet were
looted.
The inscription describes
something that is supposed to occur in 2012 involving Bolon
Yokte, a mysterious Mayan god associated with both war and
creation. However, erosion and a crack in the stone make the
end of the passage almost illegible.
Guillermo Bernal, an
archaeologist at Mexico's National Autonomous University,
believes the eroded message is: "He will descend from the
sky".
But Mr Bernal also notes there
are other inscriptions at Mayan sites for dates far beyond
2012 - including one that roughly translates into the year
4772.
The Mayan civilization, based in
modern day Mexico and Central America, reached its height from
300 AD to 900 AD and had a talent for astronomy. Its Long
Count calendar begins in 3,114 BC, marking time in roughly
394-year periods known as Baktuns. Thirteen was a significant,
sacred number for the Mayas, and the 13th Baktun ends around
Dec 21, 2012.
"It's a special anniversary of creation,"
said David Stuart, a specialist in Mayan epigraphy at the
University of Texas at Austin. "The Maya never said the world
is going to end, they never said anything bad would happen
necessarily, they're just recording this future anniversary on
Monument Six."
But some say the Mayans
knew another secret: the Earth's axis wobbles, slightly
changing the alignment of the stars every year. Once every
25,800 years, the sun lines up with the centre of our Milky
Way galaxy on a winter solstice, the sun's lowest point in the
horizon.
That will happen on Dec. 21, 2012, when the sun
appears to rise in the same spot where the bright centre of
galaxy sets. You make your own
decision.

2012 Apocalypse - True or
False
Presented below are two differing
beliefs
Pro ~
Christ is
Coming Very Soon!
The
evidence for the soon return of Jesus Christ is
overwhelming. It could be any moment. One scholar lists 167
converging clues just in the last few years. The following are
eight:
1
. Israel's
Rebirth - As Jesus prophesied, the Jews were
scattered during the Jewish-Roman war of A.D. 70. (Luke 21:24)
Also prophesied to occur before Christ's return, the nation of
Israel was miraculously reborn on May 14, 1948. Israel is
called "God's time
clock."
2. Plummeting
Morality - Studies show a shocking breakdown
just since mid-century (2 Timothy 3:1~4)
3. Famines, violence and
wars - Jesus said the signs before His
return would come as intensifying birth pangs, seeing
increased famines, violence and wars, a clear picture of our
planet. (Matthew 24: 6~8) One of six people on earth suffers
from hunger. Violence is epidemic. More than 100 conflicts
have erupted since 1990, about twice the number for pervious
decades.
4. Increase in
Earthquakes - Also prophesied to be as birth
pangs (Matthew 24:7), a recent study shows a
dramatic increase in earthquakes worldwide. There were 13
major earthquakes between 1990 and 2005, just a 15-year
span.
5. Explosion of Travel &
Education - Two key conditions described about
2,500 years ago for the Second Coming are that "travel and
education shall be vastly increased" (Daniel 12:4, Living
Bible). In all history, the vast increase in travel has come
just since mid-century with the explosion of both ground and
air transportation; in education, with the advance of science
and computers.
6. Explosion of cults and the
occult - Counterfeit spirituality is
everywhere with cults and false Christs (Matthew 24:24),
psychic phenomena, spirtism, witchcraft, nature worship and
the New Age movement (I Timothy 4:1)
7. The New World
Order - Increased centralization of world
financial and political power is a prelude to the soon-coming
world power system in the hands of "AntiChrist," who will be
the incarnation of Saten and who will decieve most of the
world (Daniel 7~12, Matthew 24:15, Revelations 13). Beware of
"the mark of the beast".
8. Increase in both apostasy
and faith - The Bible predicts in the last
days, "A form of godliness, although they have denied its
power" (2 Timothy 3:5). Today many churches deny the
eternal truths of Scripture and power of the Holy Spirit,
replacing them with ungodly, temporal and "politically
correct" values.
God's judgement is, indeed, coming on a world in
rebellion. He cannot deny His nature. His attributes of
perfect holiness and justice demand judgment for sin, of which
we are all guilty. "For all have sinned and fall short of the
glory of God" (Romans 3:23).
The result of sin is death, or separation from God.

No Doomsday in 2012,
but Lots of Profits for Purveyors of
Doom
The
widespread Internet belief that Dec. 21, 2012, will be
doomsday for planet Earth because some astronomical event will
destroy or decimate our planet is a complete hoax, according
to NASA scientist David Morrison. His concise summary of the
claims and the scientific response is being published by the
Astronomical Society of the Pacific as a public service at: astrosociety.org/2012.
For several months, NASA and many astronomers have
received increasingly worried letters and e-mails from members
of the public about the possibility, widely touted on the
Internet, that the world will end in 2012. Many mechanisms for
doomsday are being proposed, including a collision with a
fictional planet called Nibiru, deadly activity on the surface
of the sun that lashes out at
Earth, alignments with the center of our galaxy, etc. David
Morrison has coined the term "cosmophobia" -- fear of the
cosmos -- for these concerns, and has seen a huge increase in
the phenomenon this year.
Dr. Morrison, a
world-renowned expert on the solar system (and asteroid
impacts), also serves as the public scientist for NASA's "Ask
an Astrobiologist" service, where he answers questions for the
public. He has received so many questions about 2012 and the
end of the world, that he felt he had to investigate and set
the record straight.
David Morrison.

One of his most interesting findings is that the
distributors of the science fiction motion picture "2012", to
be released this November, are purposely feeding the flames of
the Internet panic (in what is called a viral marketing
campaign) by creating fake science websites and encouraging
people to search for "2012" on the Web. Most of the sites such
searches encounter are full of nonsense and misunderstanding,
often by people who have written books on coming disaster that
they are trying to sell.
Morrison's article is in the
form of questions and answers, and is followed by a resource
guide that allows readers to find even more scientific
information about why no 2012 disaster is in the cards. There
are many reasons to worry about the future of planet Earth, of
course, but absolutely no reason to single out the winter
solstice of 2012 as a special time to be concerned.
For an annotated guide of resources for responding to
claims of astronomical pseudo-science, from astrology to crop
circles, and ancient astronauts to moon-landing denial, see: http://www.astrosociety.org/education/resources/pseudobib.html

Goldman Sachs' Black Magic,
Here's how they did it!
Posted: October 16, 2009 03:04
PM
How did Goldman, Sachs
& Co. -- saved a year ago by the US taxpayer -- magically
make $3 billion in 3 months a year later?
This as the US
dollar collapses, unemployment soars and foreclosures hit a
record? Here is the Goldman, Sachs & Co. revenue break
down for the past 3 months:
Financial
Advisory-M/A: 325 million.
Equity Underwriting: 363 million.
Debt Underwriting: 211 million.
Trading-Principal Investments: 10
billion.
Notice that 10 billion is much bigger than two
or three hundred million made from the traditional Wall Street
businesses. That $10 billion is evidence of their magic trick.
For we the taxpayer gave Goldman Sachs the following:
10 Billion in TARP
11 Billion from the Fed
30 Billion from the FDIC
13 Billion from AIG
For a grand total of almost $70 Billion (Goldman
along with every other bank and AIG would have been defunct
without this money). Goldman at the apex of the crisis is
delivered this money -- which they then use to borrow against
at $20 or $30 for every $1. Which at 30x equals $2.1 trillion
in available capital. As one of the only banks in the world
with money at the time, Goldman Sachs was able to buy billions
in distressed assets around the world at record low prices --
only to watch $23.7 trillion in US taxpayer money be deployed
during the past year to re-inflate the asset's values that
Goldman had purchased with our tax money.
The question is not why did we
bail out the banks.
The question is why did we give the banks billions of our
money so they could then buy assets by the trillions with our
money and they keep the profits?
The
answer is Henry Paulson, former Goldman Sachs CEO who ran the
US Treasury, and Tim Geithner, current Treasury Secretary who
at the time ran the New York Federal Reserve, willingly
delivered Goldman Sachs the $70 Billion -- with no strings
attached.
So what can we
do?
We must demand the return of those
investment gains made with America's money - it was stolen
from us and we can get it back. Demand Claw Backs - and not
from the future but from the past - That is where our money
is.
We must have an exchange for all
credit derivatives -- the current version is riddled with
loopholes that let banks avoid transparency by mobbing
offshore and prohibiting government regulators from being able
to force the use of the exchange by the banks.
